It’s a little known fact that the “5 Second Rule” is an obscure provision tucked away inside the 1972 Biological Weapons Convention (BWC), which sought to eliminate germ warfare. Of course the Germs did not like this… AT ALL, and threatened retaliation. The Humans were forced to offer some concessions and the 5 second rule was born.

The Germs have asked that you please read this post as a reminder that consuming their food-aid threatens to destabilize this fragile relationship.

Two days ago I received an email from Woodman Labs, Inc. d/b/a GoPro (hereafter “GoPro”) asserting that I am infringing upon their intellectual property rights and diluting their brand recognition by registering the URL GoProDivemaster.com.

I’ve got something to say about that, and it begins with, “WTFO?”
